Our Standard Free Delivery service is designed to get your products to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may use pallet deliveries, as they are one of the fastest options available. For pallet deliveries, your product will arrive securely on a pallet, typically with kerbside delivery. If you prefer a more hands-on service, we also offer Premium Two-Man Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery options. However, please note that White Glove Delivery is not available for the following postcodes: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KA, KY, LA, ML, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, and TR. Additional delivery charges may apply for these locations.
Free Assembly Service:
We offer a complimentary assembly service for select wardrobes to enhance your convenience. These wardrobe arrives flat-packed, but if it qualifies for our Free Assembly Service, as indicated on the product page, professional fitters will handle the assembly for you at no additional charge. This service is available only for certain wardrobes, so please verify on the product page whether your wardrobe is eligible for this benefit.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to check the measurements of the wardrobe and ensure there is adequate space for assembly. We recommend leaving an additional 10-20 cm clearance around the wardrobe to allow for proper installation. If you are unsure about the space requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Flat Pack Wardrobes:
For wardrobes that do not include the free assembly service, they will be delivered in flat-packed form. However, if you reside within a 40-mile radius of the BB9 postcode, we can arrange assembly services at an additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss this option and arrange for assembly if needed.
Dining Tables & Chair Sets:
Dining tables and chairs do not usually include free assembly. However, we understand that assembling furniture can sometimes be time-consuming and complex. For this reason, we now offer an assembly service for individual dining tables, dining chairs, and complete dining sets.
If you select the assembly option at checkout, please note that this may add some additional time to the delivery. The dispatch times shown on our website apply to standard delivery only. Assembly services require specialist couriers, which can affect delivery scheduling.
If you choose standard delivery, items will be delivered boxed and ready for self-assembly.
