1. DELIVERY SERVICE:

Our Standard Free Delivery service is designed to get your products to you as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may use pallet deliveries, as they are one of the fastest options available. For pallet deliveries, your product will arrive securely on a pallet, typically with kerbside delivery. If you prefer a more hands-on service, we also offer Premium Two-Man Door Delivery and White Glove Delivery options. However, please note that White Glove Delivery is not available for the following postcodes: AB, CA, DD, DG, EH, EX, FK, G, KA, KY, LA, ML, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, and TR. Additional delivery charges may apply for these locations.

2. ASSEMBLY SERVICE:

Free Assembly Service:

We offer a complimentary assembly service for select wardrobes to enhance your convenience. These wardrobe arrives flat-packed, but if it qualifies for our Free Assembly Service, as indicated on the product page, professional fitters will handle the assembly for you at no additional charge. This service is available only for certain wardrobes, so please verify on the product page whether your wardrobe is eligible for this benefit.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to check the measurements of the wardrobe and ensure there is adequate space for assembly. We recommend leaving an additional 10-20 cm clearance around the wardrobe to allow for proper installation. If you are unsure about the space requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Flat Pack Wardrobes:

For wardrobes that do not include the free assembly service, they will be delivered in flat-packed form. However, if you reside within a 40-mile radius of the BB9 postcode, we can arrange assembly services at an additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss this option and arrange for assembly if needed.

Dining Tables & Chair Sets:

Dining tables and chairs do not usually include free assembly. However, we understand that assembling furniture can sometimes be time-consuming and complex. For this reason, we now offer an assembly service for individual dining tables, dining chairs, and complete dining sets.

If you select the assembly option at checkout, please note that this may add some additional time to the delivery. The dispatch times shown on our website apply to standard delivery only. Assembly services require specialist couriers, which can affect delivery scheduling.

If you choose standard delivery, items will be delivered boxed and ready for self-assembly.

3. MADE TO ORDER ITEM:

Please note that Made to Order items — including wardrobes from Germany and custom sofas — are crafted specifically to your specifications.

• Wardrobes from Germany are made to order and manufactured according to the details you provide at the time of purchase.
• Made to Order Sofas, while often standard in size, are available in a wide range of fabric and colour choices. Each sofa is produced individually based on the customer’s selected options.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once production has begun. It is essential to ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Please also be aware that although we display standard dispatch times on our website, delays can occasionally occur. These are often due to high demand at the manufacturer’s end, delays in fabric or frame supply, or capacity issues in the production units. We understand delays can be frustrating, but we do not compromise on quality by rushing orders or using substandard materials.

4. COLOUR VARIATIONS & PRODUCT IMAGES

Please note that colours may appear differently on screens due to variations in display settings, lighting conditions, and reflections. For example, a champagne-coloured product may appear slightly greyish in a darker setting or under certain lighting conditions. We continuously strive to improve our product images, and recent updates may showcase the same product in a brighter room to better reflect its true colour. However, the actual colour of the product remains unchanged.

If the manufacturer makes any changes to the product's colour, we will notify customers accordingly. Please be aware that cancellations or refunds will not be accepted based on colour perception from images alone. If you are unsure about a colour, we encourage you to contact us before placing an order.

*Please note that finance options are only available for orders with a total value exceeding £750, taking into account a required 10% deposit. This means that for a product to qualify for financing, its price must effectively be at least £750 after the deposit is deducted. If you have individual products priced below £750, you may still qualify for financing if the total value of your cart is over £750 at checkout. The finance options will be displayed once your cart meets this threshold.*
