Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to check the measurements of the wardrobe and ensure there is adequate space for assembly. We recommend leaving an additional 10-20 cm clearance around the wardrobe to allow for proper installation. If you are unsure about the space requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Flat Pack Wardrobes:
For wardrobes that do not include the free assembly service, they will be delivered in flat-packed form. However, if you reside within a 40-mile radius of the BB9 postcode, we can arrange assembly services at an additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss this option and arrange for assembly if needed.
Dining Tables & Chair Sets:
Dining tables and chairs typically do not come with free assembly. We recognise that assembling a dining table set can be a complex task. Therefore, we offer an assembly service for both dining tables and dining table sets (including chairs). If you require assistance with assembly, please let us know, and we will provide this service at an additional fee. Note that if you are purchasing chairs only, they will be delivered in boxes, and assembly service will not be available for these items. Due to the personalised nature of these products, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once production has begun. It is essential to ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Please also be aware that although we display standard dispatch times on our website, delays can occasionally occur. These are often due to high demand at the manufacturer’s end, delays in fabric or frame supply, or capacity issues in the production units. We understand delays can be frustrating, but we do not compromise on quality by rushing orders or using substandard materials.
